What you will do
- Lead Loop’s vertical expansion efforts, defining where and how Loop wins in new markets.
- Shape go-to-market strategy for new and existing Loop products.
- Act as the voice of new verticals, providing insights to Product, Marketing, and Merchant Success teams.
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain clean and reliable CRM data and forecasts.
- Travel domestically 1-2 times per quarter for events or offsites.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of growth.
- Experience building from scratch and working in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to explain deal management, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and Outreach.io.
- Strong CRM hygiene practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, and/or the post-purchase ecosystem.
