TL;DR
Senior Vice President, Employer Sales (Healthtech): Leading employer sales organization, driving revenue growth and market share expansion by defining and executing the go-to-market strategy. Focus on winning complex, high-impact new logo and expansion deals through direct, payer, and broker-led sales motions, and building senior-level relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Location: This role is open to candidates based in the New York Metropolitan area, or remote from within the US. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Salary: $450,000-500,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Own new logo acquisition and expansion within the employer segment, driving pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- Define and drive the employer go-to-market strategy, focusing on winning complex deals through direct, payer, and broker-led sales motions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a senior team of people leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
- Own the development and progression of senior sales talent, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across the healthcare ecosystem to expand Maven’s influence and market access.
- Act as a senior external representative for Maven, strengthening the company’s brand and credibility with industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding large, multi-million-dollar enterprise sales targets.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in digital health or adjacent enterprise SaaS, with deep exposure to selling to HR, Benefits, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Extensive experience leading and influencing teams through complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise negotiations.
- Strong healthcare and employer benefits domain expertise.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and manage high-performing sales leadership teams.
- Exceptional executive communication skills and the ability to build trust and alignment with internal leadership, external partners, and enterprise clients.
- This role requires active work authorization in the US.
