Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home) if residing within commutable distance to one of our offices. Those outside of commutable distance may be considered on a remote basis.

What you will do

• Advise marketing leadership and cross-functional teams on best practices and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
• Lead and manage marketing projects, including budget management.
• Develop and implement structured frameworks for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Partner with sales, product, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 7 years of B2B marketing experience in strategic advisory and technology adoption.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, AI applications, and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Experience in sales enablement and developing frameworks for revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent project/program management experience.
• Change management expertise and process improvement skills.
• Agency/vendor management experience.
• Certifications in project management, marketing operations, or analytics.
