What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3 Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), setting direction and building their craft.
• Own hirify.global's product positioning and messaging architecture.
• Build and run the product launch framework, ensuring cross-functional coordination.
• Own solutions packaging and go-to-market strategy for platform, participants, and services.
• Partner with Product leadership to shape roadmap priorities based on market signals.
• Work directly with Sales leadership to translate insights into better narratives and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product or solutions marketing.
• At least 2 years leading or managing PMMs.
• Experience building Product Marketing as a function from the ground up.
• Proven ability to translate complex, technical products into compelling positioning for different buyer types.
• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Sales, and executive teams.
• Track record of shipping launches that demonstrably moved business metrics.
