What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3 PMMs, setting direction, removing blockers, and building their craft.
• Own hirify.global's product positioning and messaging architecture.
• Build and run the product launch framework.
• Own solutions packaging and go-to-market strategy for platform, participants, and services.
• Partner with Product leadership to shape roadmap priorities based on market signal.
• Work directly with Sales leadership to translate deal insights into improved narratives and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product or solutions marketing, with at least 2 years leading or managing PMMs.
• Experience building Product Marketing as a function.
• Proven ability to translate complex, technical products into positioning that lands with different buyer types.
• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Sales, and executive teams.
• Track record of shipping launches that moved business metrics.
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills.
• Experience in product marketing or solutions marketing for complex B2B products, marketplaces, or platform businesses.
