Verint Reports Engineer

TL;DR

Verint Reports Engineer (Data Analytics): Supporting the development and deployment of custom Verint and hirify.global VO reporting solutions for clients with an accent on collecting requirements and building SQL-based reports. Focus on successful implementation in production environments and troubleshooting scripts.

Location: Fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Salary: $82,300 - $228,800 USD

What you will do

• Assist in gathering and refining reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Verint WFO data.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on hirify.global VO data.
• Collaborate with Sales, PS, and Support teams on report design and delivery.
• Participate in maintaining a reusable library of custom reports and templates.
• Troubleshoot and debug scripts with support from senior team members.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of development experience.
• Solid understanding of Verint WFO / hirify.global VO products and data structure.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with query tuning.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work independently while accepting guidance.
