What you will do
- Lead product demonstrations for key Talent deals to drive sales.
- Train the sales team on products and sales skills, adapting content based on performance.
- Gather market feedback from sales to inform product improvements.
- Create and implement a detailed sales certification program for over 500 team members.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to guide product development and marketing.
Requirements
- Proactive, natural problem-solver, and collaborative team player.
- Great communicator with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for any audience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with French or German or Italian or Portuguese.
