What you will do

• Participate directly in the sales process for critical Operations Payroll & Time product deals.
• Coach new hires and underperforming representatives to improve sales performance.
• Conduct regular sales and product training sessions, dynamically enriching content based on team needs.
• Develop an in-depth certification program that certifies the sales team in product sales.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to provide strategic insights.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sales support and customer activation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Proven work experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or in a related position.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products preferred.
• Superior capacity to explain complex concepts simply and prepare enablement materials.
• English: C1+ (Proficiency required)
• Spanish: C1+ (Proficiency required)
• French or German or Italian: C1+ (Proficiency required)
