TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Ensuring regional customers are successful with endpoint technology and driving new sales growth within the customer base with an accent on managing the full sales cycle, contract renewals, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Focus on advocating for customers, devising account strategies, and delivering feedback to product management.

Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain. Fluent in Spanish and English required.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer value from previous purchases.
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle, from initial meetings through negotiation and signature, ensuring escalated ARR rates.
  • Achieve new sales growth quotas within the existing customer base.
  • Act as a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions.
  • Identify whitespace in accounts, create value-based presentations, and recommend additional solutions from the hirify.global portfolio.
  • Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth and provide high-touch customer service, including support issue escalation.

Requirements

  • Experience in full sales cycle account management or net new logo sales, selling to a technical audience (engineers, IT, security).
  • Strong ability to run discovery, manage full sales cycles, handle objections, implement multi-faceted sales strategies, and close deals.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
  • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

  • Cyber Security industry experience.
  • Security and/or SaaS Sales experience.
  • Advanced experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
