Location: London, UK (Hybrid, minimum 10 days per month in office)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain sophisticated models for salary bands, incentive schemes, and equity programs.
  • Lead the technical execution of the annual pay review cycle, automating processes for accuracy.
  • Conduct deep-dive market analysis and translate external trends into internal insights.
  • Own the delivery of UK regulatory requirements, including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership.
  • Identify trends in attrition, pay equity, and total reward ROI to influence people strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance analytics or a data-heavy HR role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in quantitative languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualisation and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Experience with HCM systems (ideally Workday) and AI tools.
  • Extensive experience within FinTech, Financial Services, or high-growth Technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UK regulatory landscape and financial regulations (e.g., FCA/PRA remuneration codes).
  • High level of numeracy, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Aon and Ravio for market benchmarking.
