What you will do
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales performance metrics and distributed dashboards.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on team performance and progress against targets to senior management.
- Partner with Business Partner teams to develop and gauge the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with Business Intelligence to curate the data roadmap for the commercial organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in London and be able to work 3 days per week in the office.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, manipulation, and visualization.
- Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and regression analysis.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
