TL;DR

Analyst II, Insights & Analytics (Fintech): Analyzing sales data to provide insights for commercial go-to-market strategies with an accent on identifying areas for improvement and deploying distributed analytics. Focus on continuously monitoring data trends, curating data roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop performance metrics.

Location: Hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the London office

What you will do

  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales performance metrics and distributed dashboards.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on team performance and progress against targets to senior management.
  • Partner with Business Partner teams to develop and gauge the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work with Business Intelligence to curate the data roadmap for the commercial organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London and be able to work 3 days per week in the office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, manipulation, and visualization.
  • Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and regression analysis.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
