What you will do

• Represent the Risk Operations team, defining requirements for new product releases and enhancements.
• Partner with Risk Operations leadership to regularly update and advocate for tooling enhancement roadmaps with Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, providing input on supportability and usability.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks, and provide go/no-go recommendations for product launches.
• Support Risk Operations strategic initiatives such as vendor assessment, capacity planning, and ad-hoc projects.
• Stay abreast of customer trends, competitor products, and market shifts to inform product development.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of product development processes and support operations.
• Demonstrated experience in supportability, product readiness, or customer advocacy roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in data analysis, including INDEX MATCH, SQL skills, and Pivot tables.
• Strong project management capabilities for coordinating readiness activities and ensuring deadlines.
• Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid model, attending the office three days per week.
