What you will do

• Help organizations deliver value in customer, marketing, or commercial domains using data and insights.
• Work at the intersection of CX Data and AI, strategy, activation, personalisation, analytics, and data science.
• Develop and implement insight solutions, MarTech/data-driven CX solutions, or ML/AI solutions.
• Utilise data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau to present data insights effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and create valuable products/solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering value within customer, marketing, or commercial domains through data and insights.
• Extensive experience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics.
• Experience in data-related roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Architect, or Data Strategist.
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data analytics/science, including data modelling and management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data-driven storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in primary growth sectors: Consumer Products & Retail, Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications, or Public Sector.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI.
• Client delivery experience.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or R.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in data analytics, AI, and data science.
• People management skills, including mentoring junior team members.
