What you will do

• Build and maintain an accurate view of the company’s technology and SaaS portfolio.
• Track licences, usage, renewals, and spend across SaaS and technology tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for technology spend.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities, duplication, and under-utilised tools.
• Produce clear reports and insights for technology, finance, and leadership teams.
• Help establish lightweight, scalable standards for new tool introduction and review.

Requirements

• Early-career experience in FP&A, finance, business analysis, operations, or technology.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and structured datasets.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex information accurately.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about how technology and software are used across a business.
