Head of Business Intelligence (AdTech): Leading and evolving the BI capability for a global data-first platform with an accent on translating strategic intent into an executable roadmap and fostering a consultative BI function. Location: This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home.

Salary: £80,000–£95,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end BI capability, acting as a trusted senior partner to the Director of Data & BI.
• Translate strategic intent into a clear, executable BI roadmap.
• Lead a high-performing team of 20, providing the vision and professional leadership.
• Lead the BI roadmap and collaborate across the full Data & BI delivery portfolio, providing updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead the people strategy for the BI function, overseeing development and succession planning.
• Translate high-level business strategy into a prioritised BI roadmap, balancing tactical needs with enterprise-wide scalability.

Requirements

• Background in BI/Analytics leadership within Digital Media, AdTech, or eCommerce.
• Experience leading teams of managers, encouraging a culture focused on impact, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable operating with high levels of accountability, overseeing outcomes end-to-end.
• Ability to guide senior stakeholders toward the most impactful solutions, aligned with hirify.global's overall strategy.
• Structured approach to managing complex delivery portfolios, identifying risks early and managing dependencies.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Dataform, Looker, and Looker Studio (or equivalent tools).
