What you will do
- Define and lead lifecycle marketing strategy, covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and event attendance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, CS) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Design scalable, personalized lifecycle journeys leveraging behavioral and CRM data.
- Own execution and optimization of email campaigns using Marketo and manage contact data with Salesforce and Segment.
- Build and scale a lifecycle and customer marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
- Define KPIs and dashboards to quantify impact across lifecycle stages and report insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of lifecycle or customer marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology, with a strong focus on email and automation.
- Experience with product-led growth organizations and optimizing digital onboarding experiences.
- Proven success building and leading a team, scaling programs, and defining marketing operations and processes.
- Deep proficiency with Marketo (or equivalent enterprise automation), Salesforce CRM, and customer data integration (Segment or CDP).
- Strong analytical fluency; comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) for funnel and cohort analysis, establishing dashboards, and driving insights.
- Excellent communication with strong collaboration skills to influence cross-functional partners.

- Familiarity with event marketing (virtual and in-person) and strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
