What you will do
- Create and manage paid ad campaigns across search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social (LinkedIn, Facebook Ads) channels.
- Define, monitor, and optimize channel budgets for ROI-efficient lead generation in the US market.
- Optimize every step of the conversion funnel and execute marketing experiment roadmaps.
- Partner with US BDRs and sales to improve paid leads follow-up and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the US marketing team (content, events, product marketing) on ambitious campaigns.
- Unlock new paid acquisition channels to scale demand generation in North America.
Requirements
- Strong expertise with SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn / Facebook Ads).
- Minimum of 2 years of first-hand online campaign management experience.
- Data-focused with strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and create experiments.
- Autonomous problem-solver who adapts quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Crystal-clear and structured written communication skills.
- Must be based in Canada.

- Command of marketing automation tools (Marketo) and Salesforce.
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
