Salary: $226,000 – $270,000 OTE/year (USD) for US Zone 1, $204,000 – $230,000 OTE/year (USD) for US Zone 2, and $194,000 – $265,000 OTE/year (CAD) for Canada Zone 1.

What you will do

• Own and drive relationships with strategic ISV and technology partners.
• Align partner solutions with platform capabilities, ensuring technical and business fit.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver integrations and co-sell motions.
• Negotiate technical alliance roadmaps, including proof-of-concepts and launch plans.
• Drive deals forward and negotiate core terms for Grammarly.
• Act as an internal partner advocate, shaping product strategy with partner insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or business development with a technical orientation.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI integration frameworks (MCP, A2A) and multi-agent systems.
• Proven ability to drive co-innovation and bring partner solutions to market.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks across multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.
