What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic marketing programs for the Secure Communications portfolio.
- Align with EMEA sales organization to drive new logo pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Own quarterly and annual Public Sector and Critical Infrastructure marketing pipeline generation goals.
- Manage sales and channel field marketing events, including contracting and execution.
- Create online content, messaging, and collateral for the EMEA region.
- Measure and report on the impact of marketing programs and provide recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant B2B/B2G software marketing experience.
- Ability to translate business priorities into strategic and tactical marketing programs.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with sales leadership and colleagues.
- Experience in marketing reporting, campaigns, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Smartsheets, Jasper, or similar tools.
Nice to have
- Vertical marketing experience and knowledge of public sector/critical infrastructure vendors.
- Experience with GTM routes including distribution and VAR.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
