What you will do
- Build strong relationships and align with the EMEA sales organization and channel partners.
- Develop and execute a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the EMEA field region.
- Own quarterly and annual public sector and critical infrastructure marketing pipeline generation goals.
- Manage sales and channel field marketing events, including contracting and execution.
- Create online content, messaging, and collateral tailored for the EMEA region.
- Measure and manage the impact of marketing programs and report on results.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant B2B/B2G software marketing experience (or 5 years with a MS/MA).
- Ability to translate business priorities into strategic and tactical marketing programs.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with sales leadership.
- Experience in marketing reporting, campaigns, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., NetSuite, Smartsheets, Jasper).
- High energy, self-directed, team player in a demanding environment.
Nice to have
- Vertical marketing experience and knowledge of public sector/critical infrastructure vendors.
- Experience with GTM routes involving distribution and VAR partners.
