What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic marketing programs for the Secure Communications portfolio.
• Align with EMEA sales organization to drive new logo pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Own quarterly and annual Public Sector and Critical Infrastructure marketing pipeline generation goals.
• Manage sales and channel field marketing events, including contracting and execution.
• Create online content, messaging, and collateral for the EMEA region.
• Measure and report on the impact of marketing programs and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant B2B/B2G software marketing experience.
• Ability to translate business priorities into strategic and tactical marketing programs.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with sales leadership and colleagues.
• Experience in marketing reporting, campaigns, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Smartsheets, Jasper, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Vertical marketing experience and knowledge of public sector/critical infrastructure vendors.
• Experience with GTM routes including distribution and VAR.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
