What you will do
- Develop, refine, and deploy sales strategy and processes.
- Manage and coach a team of 5 account executives focused on new logo acquisition and product saturation in the SLED territory.
- Forecast and present sales data to VP and C-suite.
- Lead cross-functional efforts (sales, presales, engineering, and support) to achieve business goals for accounts.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with VP, CIO, and CEO levels.
- Regularly close deals and build future pipeline, meeting or exceeding goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience leading a technology sales team.
- Track record of successfully selling complex customized solutions into sophisticated accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and manage account executive performance.
- Able to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to develop relationships with the C-suite and influence strategic application of hirify.global solutions.
- English: B2+ required.

- Certifications and knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).
