Account Director, Enterprise (SaaS/CX): Developing and implementing comprehensive account plans and strategies to maximize revenue for products in the Enterprise segment with an accent on understanding customer needs, industry trends, and strategic objectives. Focus on coordinating with Business Partners, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of an unequaled customer experience.
Location: Hybrid in Lima, Peru

What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans and strategies for the Enterprise segment.
- Meet and exceed revenue, customer growth, and sales expense goals.
- Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
- Sell and promote products, negotiating price and terms.
- Build relationships with key players in customer accounts and Business Partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor on products/solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- +8 years sales experience within the technology industry, specifically with SaaS platforms and CX solutions.
- Strong leadership skills to lead sales engagements.
- Demonstrated track record in software sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.
- Ability to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision.
