What you will do

• Architect, design, and lead the implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud/AWS) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Develop, maintain, and evangelize automation best practices for deployment, monitoring, alerting, and operational tasks.
• Elevate developer experience by building robust internal tools, CI/CD pipelines, and optimized development environments.
• Implement, manage, and optimize comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure and application issues, participating in on-call.
• Research, evaluate, and advocate for new technologies and define best practices and documentation for the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Senior Platform Engineering, Lead DevOps Engineering, or Senior Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (Google Cloud and AWS), proficient with a wide range of services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, GKE, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, including module development and state management.
• Extensive experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for complex, distributed systems.
• Exceptional scripting and programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, Java, Bash).
• Strong expertise with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (GKE / EKS preferred).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Salesforce platform development, architecture, or administration.
• Expertise in database administration (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL).
• Demonstrated experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
