What you will do

• Design and operate scalable internal developer platform (IDP) runtimes and shared cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
• Lead complex platform initiatives from architectural design through to production execution.
• Expand and mature Kubernetes-based platform capabilities for diverse containerized workloads.
• Develop self-service infrastructure and platform pipelines using Terraform and CI/CD tooling.
• Collaborate with SRE, security, and cloud operations to improve observability, reliability, and incident response.
• Provide technical mentorship to Cloud Platform Engineers to raise overall engineering maturity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida
• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS and GCP).
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and operating Kubernetes in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting with Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
