What you will do
- Drive revenue and customer success objectives through the attainment of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Conduct discovery calls with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision makers, and IT systems.
- Understand, position, and articulate the value and benefits of hirify.global solutions to all levels within customer organizations.
- Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline through the development of qualified leads and proactive outbound prospecting.
- Draft customer proposals, demonstrate sound decision-making abilities, and negotiate client pricing requirements.
- Develop short, mid, and long-term strategic and tactical execution plans to ensure success in assigned territory.
Requirements
- Based in London and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Minimum 7-10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
