Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom. Candidate must be based in London (Shoreditch office).

What you will do

  • Drive revenue and customer success objectives through the attainment of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Conduct discovery calls with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision makers, and IT systems.
  • Understand, position, and articulate the value and benefits of hirify.global solutions to all levels within customer organizations.
  • Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline through the development of qualified leads and proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Draft customer proposals, demonstrate sound decision-making abilities, and negotiate client pricing requirements.
  • Develop short, mid, and long-term strategic and tactical execution plans to ensure success in assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Based in London and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

  • Receive an offer upon successful completion, subject to background checks.
