What you will do
- Scale and maintain a world-class Americas sales organization for high long-term growth.
- Create and drive new strategic go-to-market plans to gain market share and achieve growth goals.
- Assess and optimize current sales methodologies and team structure.
- Maintain strong reporting and accountability, driving to exceed quotas.
- Act as a strategic thought leader and advisor to the CRO and Executive Team.
- Develop short and long-term market strategy and forecasts through data analysis.
- Cultivate loyalty and strong followership within the Austin-based sales team.
Requirements
- Experience with Go-to-Market Complexity across field, inside, and channel sales into multi-segment customer bases.
- Track record of leading an organization through rapid growth to $1B and beyond.
- Experience within a cloud-native SaaS business, managing predictable recurring revenue.
- Demonstrated Operational Rigor in implementing strategy and improving sales operations.
- Ability to drive success through a hands-on, in-person presence three days a week in the Austin office.
