TL;DR

Director, Channel Sales: Expanding and managing channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and market reach within the cybersecurity SaaS domain, with an accent on program development and strategic partnership management. Focus on implementing complex sales strategies, optimizing operational rigor, and building a world-class channel team to scale business effectively.

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada. Applicants must be eligible to work from their home country. Occasional travel across Canada, USA, and/or EMEA may be required, including in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Salary: $190,000–$256,000 USD (annual base) or $179,000–$242,000 CAD (annual base), commission-eligible.

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and manage channel sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives and drive revenue growth through key channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to foster mutual growth and expand market presence.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of channel partners, implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure effective product sales and support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure alignment and support for channel partners.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class channel partner team, driving sell-through and sell-with strategies for distribution and resale implementation.

Requirements

  • Track record of leading channel teams through rapid growth and implementing complex strategy and operational improvements.
  • 5-7 years of relevant partnerships, sales, or business development experience.
  • 2+ years experience directly managing Channel Sales Managers.
  • Experience within a cloud-native, technical infrastructure SaaS business.
  • Proven success in driving comprehensive channel sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States or Canada.
