What you will do

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for incoming SDRs and AEs across various segments.
• Facilitate new hire bootcamps, role-plays, and live training sessions.
• Build and maintain playbooks, pitch frameworks, and ramp curricula.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to define ramp milestones and success metrics.
• Maintain and update onboarding content within the LMS or enablement platform.
• Coach new reps 1:1 to ensure early success and quota attainment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or AE, OR 1–3 years in sales enablement or revenue onboarding.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
• Ability to build materials and frameworks from scratch (decks, playbooks, scorecards).
