What you will do
- Architect and build automated triggers to reactivate dormant users based on behavioral data.
- Drive daily user engagement through high-value push notifications and other channels.
- Leverage data for advanced B2B segmentation and create distinct user journeys.
- Manage email, SMS, in-app notifications, and WhatsApp to nurture users effectively.
- Own the visitor-to-RFQ funnel, optimizing conversion through A/B testing RFQ forms and landing pages.
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement personalization logic across the platform.
- Drive adoption of retention-focused product features like Favorites and Comparison Tables.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth Product Management.
- Strong background in B2B marketplace or e-commerce is a plus.
- Deep proficiency in marketing automation platforms (SendGrid, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Tableau) and CRO tools (Hotjar, or similar).
- Understanding of wireframing and user flows.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work hybrid in Germany (approx. 50% office presence).
