What you will do

• Deliver full onboarding and continuous improvement for hirify.global Marketplace customers.
• Leverage automation technologies to achieve high workflow automation across supported accounts.
• Ensure 100% SLA compliance for quality and on-time marketplace delivery.
• Build and maintain trusted vendor teams, enabling them with hirify.global AI tools.
• Coordinate sample reviews and independent quality checks.
• Influence product roadmap priorities by identifying recurring customer needs and submitting feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, supply chain management, or operations.
• Experience with marketplace environments or large vendor/freelancer pools.
• Good understanding of technical concepts related to translation technologies and leveraging AI tools.
• Proven ability to deliver support, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with remote, multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management, such as PMP.
