What you will do

  • Own end-to-end creative production delivery across EMEA and APAC, ensuring consistent quality.
  • Lead regional planning, resourcing, and execution for large-scale, performance-driven creative campaigns.
  • Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to set expectations and build partnerships.
  • Act as the regional point of accountability for timelines, scope, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead, develop, and directly manage members of the SparkWorks Creative production team.
  • Own and evolve regional production processes, tooling adoption, and delivery models.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative production, operations, or delivery leadership.
  • Proven leader of multi-market teams, with strong experience in people leadership and development.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with a background in high-volume creative production.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial understanding of scoping, pricing, and delivery models.
  • Systems-oriented, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and process improvement.
  • Ability and willingness to work from our office three days a week in Berlin.
