What you will do

• Identify and define high-impact AI opportunities to improve traveler and partner experiences.
• Prototype end-to-end AI product concepts using LLMs and internal tools to validate value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver prototypes into production.
• Establish success metrics and experimentation plans to measure feature impact and quality.
• Drive the operationalization of new AI capabilities and set standards for reliable AI product development.
• Share product learnings and best practices across the organization to foster an AI-first mindset.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 6+ years with a Master's).
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to scaled adoption in consumer or platform domains.
• Technical proficiency in AI, ML, and system design to effectively collaborate with engineering and data science teams.
• Familiarity with AI workflows, including prompt engineering, API integrations, and LLM behavior evaluation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer participates in E-Verify.

• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered experiences like conversational agents or recommendation tools.
• Background in software engineering or data science.
• Knowledge of trustworthy AI principles, including safety, bias mitigation, and privacy.
