What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, including their opportunities for growth and optimisation.
  • Nurture excellent relationships with existing customers and ensure their ongoing success.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans.
  • Monitor customer usage data and health indicators to translate into strategies for account retention and growth.
  • Advocate industry and customer needs within the hirify.global organization to support product innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment.
  • Professional poise and confidence while communicating with customers.
  • Great task and time management skills to handle a funnel and proactively approach customers.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to use Salesforce, Churn Zero.
  • Industry expertise in Retail tech.
