What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive enablement strategies for Field Sales, focusing on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure.
- Create and deliver tailored onboarding programs and skill-development workshops, including field-based learning sessions.
- Develop high-impact enablement content such as playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
- Provide targeted coaching to Field Sales Account Executives and conduct ride-alongs with structured feedback.
- Build and maintain certification programs to ensure performance standards and adherence to sales methodologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) for alignment on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in delivering enablement programs for Field Sales/Outside Sales teams, preferably in global SaaS.
- Proven experience creating field sales enablement content and tools that drive behavioral change and performance improvement.
- Strong understanding of Field Sales functions, including prospecting strategies, territory management, solution selling, and deal progression.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems (Salesforce), and sales technology.
- Ability to travel extensively (50-75%) within the region.
- Native speaker of the region for linguistic and cultural fluency.

- Experience working in the field with sales representatives, observing customer interactions, and delivering in-the-moment coaching.
