Sales Account Manager (IaaS): Strengthening existing customer relationships and supporting new customers with an accent on managing project workflows, making strategic market decisions, and driving growth in key verticals. Location: Mondays to Thursdays – office based in Guildford, Fridays – working from home. Must live in commutable distance to Guildford, GB.
Salary: £35,000 per annum (OTE £70,000 per annum).

What you will do
- Ensure key accounts grow and remain supported, driving ongoing satisfaction for contract renewals.
- Foster and maintain strategic relationships to understand hirify.global’s impact on customer outcomes.
- Work alongside the sales team to drive new business acquisition, customer growth, and retention.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact to meet and exceed daily targets.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for recording customer interactions, reporting, and business case generation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Marketing Team to improve products and processes and strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- 2+ years sales or account management experience.
- B2B Sales experience within the IaaS/Technology industries is preferable.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.
- Ability to gather meaningful decision-maker intelligence and obsess over customer needs.
- A clear and effective communicator across all platforms.
- Must live in commutable distance to Guildford, GB.
