TL;DR

Strategic SaaS Account Manager (Hospitality): Managing and growing relationships with enterprise hospitality customers in the Benelux region, focusing on driving product adoption and achieving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth. Focus on building strategic partnerships with C-level stakeholders, analyzing usage data, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Location: Must be based in Ghent, East Flanders, Belgium.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic hospitality customers.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and product adoption.
  • Analyze data to mitigate risks and improve product usage.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and ability to use them to manage portfolio.
  • Strong sense of ownership and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder structures and engaging with C-level and technical teams.
  • Fluent business-level Dutch and English.
  • Experience in the hospitality, POS, or hospitality tech industry is a plus.
