What you will do
- Define goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new customers.
- Build a highly efficient and productive sales team.

- Create a predictable sales model and maintain industry understanding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with SaaS, particularly in high-velocity SMB sales.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales in the SaaS industry.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and Google Suite.
- Demonstrated collaboration, persuasion, and mentorship/coaching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency and knowledge of solution-selling methodologies.
