What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Actively participate in coaching and closing deals alongside your team.
- Stay deeply connected to your team’s pipeline, ensuring efficient deal progression.
- Deliver precise, data-backed forecasts and drive strategic sales efforts.
- Master hirify.global software and effectively communicate its value to prospective clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales processes and drive efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of closing new business.
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, successfully leading and developing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Expertise in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Proven ability to demo products effectively and tailor messaging to client needs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in tax and accounting.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com.
