What you will do

  • Design and deploy strategic go-to-market programs using various learning modalities.
  • Build and maintain practical field toolkits including scripts, email templates, and battlecards.
  • Plan and lead activation communications to ensure high field engagement and adoption of new strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on core enablement and revenue tools, leveraging AI for efficiency and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design programs and establish feedback loops.
  • Analyze program effectiveness based on data, metrics, and performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a GTM, Sales, or Revenue Enablement role.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deploy GTM plays and field toolkits.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with key GTM performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with core enablement and revenue tools like Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and LMS.
