Customer Account Manager (Automotive): Leading customer expansion initiatives within the SMB segment by building relationships, up-selling, and cross-selling additional products and services. Focus on defining new sales strategies, driving deeper adoption of the software, and communicating thoughtful, customized solutions.

Location: This is a hybrid role, with in-office expectations 2 days/week in our Larkspur, California office. Benefits are mainly for U.S. based, full-time employees.

Salary: Average OTE for this position is $120,000 - $130,000.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities within our SMB customer base.
  • Define and execute new sales strategies to effectively showcase hirify.global's impact.
  • Identify areas of the software customers engage in, drive deeper adoption, up-sell, and cross-sell additional products.
  • Communicate accurate and realistic forecast information to management.
  • Empathize with customers, understand their needs, and recommend thoughtful solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
  • Experience managing month-to-month and multi-annual contracts with multiple products.
  • Ability to understand hirify.global's technology platform and build meaningful relationships.
  • Aptitude to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for the startup community and new technology businesses.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with charisma, empathy, humility, and humor.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% with onsite visits to clients.
