What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to maximize client engagement and long-term retention.
• Educate customers on integrating hirify.global into workflows to ensure seamless adoption.
• Demonstrate measurable ROI by consulting customers on business improvements.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities for additional products and services.
• Analyze account performance and usage metrics to guide customers toward objectives.
• Mentor junior CSMs and contribute to the refinement of internal Customer Success processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in SaaS.
• 3+ years of experience working within a dealership (fixed and variable operations).
• Proven track record of driving customer retention, renewals, and upsell expansion.
• Experience managing high-value, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consultative thinking and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach.
• Technical proficiency with CRM platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools.
