Location: On-site in Pittsburgh, PA (requires approximately 50% travel to dealership environments)

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000

What you will do

  • Train and educate customers on integrating the hirify.global system into their current business processes.
  • Consult with clients to deliver measurable ROI and business value.
  • Build long-term professional relationships and cultivate internal champions within client organizations.
  • Identify business goals and pain points to drive further platform optimization.
  • Analyze account statistics and performance metrics to educate clients and improve outcomes.
  • Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously and grow portfolios organically.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within Automotive SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience working inside a dealership, with exposure to fixed and variable operations.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency with software, dashboards, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to perform regular on-site work and travel up to 50%.
