What you will do

  • Train and enable rental locations to embed hirify.global technology into check-in, check-out, and damage documentation workflows.
  • Deliver and communicate measurable ROI by consulting on revenue opportunities and labor efficiencies.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with franchise owners, general managers, and on-site leaders.
  • Analyze site and portfolio-level performance data to drive adoption and continuous behavior change.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth, including new system installations and feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Field Service teams to advocate for customer needs and refine the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within SaaS, automotive, or mobility sectors.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or car rental operations (fleet management, rental ops, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts with both strategic stakeholders and frontline staff.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and software platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% to support launches and conduct on-site training.
