What you will do

• Create sleek, professional slide decks and sales collateral for GTM teams.
• Maintain internal knowledge and product truth documents, updating guides and checklists as the product evolves.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Sales and CS Bootcamps, ensuring world-class onboarding for new hires.
• Partner with leadership to update talk tracks, competitive battlecards, and qualification frameworks.
• Experiment with and implement new AI tools to continuously improve internal enablement processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Highly coachable, open to feedback, and views challenges as learning opportunities.
• Possess a "builder" mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and eager to create processes.
• Strong design eye for creating visually appealing and effective presentations using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
• Tech-savvy, an early adopter of AI tools, and keen to automate tasks.
