Growth Account Executive (LATAM Sales): Driving new business and expanding reach in the LATAM region for a converged AI workspace, with an accent on converting free trials, managing the full sales cycle, and identifying new opportunities. Focus on mastering the hirify.global platform, delivering compelling presentations and product demos, and building a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, covering LATAM markets)

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000

What you will do

  • Own and manage all new business leads for Growth accounts (100-300 employee companies) in the LATAM region.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, and demo requests into paid customers.
  • Master hirify.global’s platform and confidently field customer service and product questions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos via online web conferencing tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic account expansion.

Requirements

  • Based in the United States.
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity, SMB-focused environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (Spanish strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management software or other productivity tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce signup flows and field sales.
  • Exposure to Customer Service and Technical Support processes.
