What you will do
- Drive new opportunities by engaging users showing strong usage signals.
- Run targeted, personalized outreach sequences for AI builders and technical teams.
- Work with Product and GTM to surface Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) based on telemetry patterns.
- Help develop strategies for Go-To-Market automations using tools like Clay, n8n.
- Use creative engagement tactics including AI-assisted personalization, interactive demos, and video messages.
- Share direct feedback with Product and Marketing on user patterns, friction points, and emerging personas.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in a BDR or SDR role at a technical startup, ideally in AI, ML, developer tools, or infrastructure.
- Proven success with all prospecting channels including email sequences, LinkedIn, cold calls, and automation.
- Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) driven businesses and connecting usage to revenue.
- Comfort speaking with technical personas like founders, engineers, and product teams.
- Curious, helpful mindset focused on guiding users toward product value and meaningful experiences.
- Thrives in fast-changing environments with high agency and a data-informed approach.
- Passionate about AI, automation, and modern GTM workflows, comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Clay, Gong, Lemlist, Outreach, and Loom.
- Enjoys metrics and iteration, refining playbooks based on what works.
