What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, hiring and onboarding Account Executives across France and Spain.
- Own regional performance and forecast accuracy, driving consistent execution of the sales process.
- Be deeply involved in deals, joining key customer conversations and supporting negotiation strategies.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in an Enterprise customer-facing sales role, closing large accounts.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals.
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.

- Experience building Go-To-Market strategies from scratch or from early-stage growth.
