What you will do
- Work alongside the Staff Marketing Manager, Social Media Performance and cross-functional teams.
- Manage trafficking, reporting, and optimization of campaigns on various social media platforms (Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Report on paid social media ad performance, including total spends, engagements, and CPA.
- Provide insights on creative performance by geography, ad size, format, and campaign.
- Evaluate performance post-click to determine best quality traffic channels/tactics.
- Provide recommendations based on campaign performance for optimization.
- Gain certifications and complete platform-specific courses (e.g., Meta Blueprint).
- Present in team meetings within the Performance Marketing team and larger Marketing organization.

- Graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
- Available for a 4-month co-op work term for 40 hours per week.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to work in the Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
