What you will do

• Create and curate eye-catching social content (posts, images, videos) for the My Singing Monsters game across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and gaming-related news to capitalize on trends immediately.
• Engage with followers, communicate directly with users on social media, and reply to reviews.
• Gather and analyze user feedback from social media channels and share the voice of players internally.
• Liaison with the customer support team and communicate bug fixes to the game testing team.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or community management, preferably in the video game industry.
• Expertise in primary social networks and understanding of content optimization for them.
• Passion for staying current with emerging social media trends and technologies.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver within deadlines with minimal oversight.
