What you will do

  • Create and manage paid marketing campaigns across search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook Ads) for the North American market.
  • Define and monitor channel budgets, optimizing the conversion funnel through continuous experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and sales teams to improve paid leads follow-up and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute a marketing experiment roadmap to scale paid channels and improve marketing touchpoints.
  • Translate marketing experiment learnings into strategic insights to build the North American marketing roadmap.
  • Identify and unlock new paid acquisition channels to scale demand generation.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise with SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn / Facebook Ads) platforms.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on online campaign management experience.
  • Data-focused approach, driven by performance metrics, with strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and create experiments.
  • High degree of autonomy, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent structured and clear written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments is a plus.
