What you will do

• Assist in the development of strategic media plans for clients.
• Translate paid elements from integrated program plans into tactical media plans and maintain campaign details.
• Work with third-party paid media vendors and platforms to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns.
• Implement, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across self-serve platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Leverage advertising technology and data automation tools for performance analysis and optimization.
• Track operational performance of multiple accounts, ensuring quality work, deadlines, and budget adherence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in paid media, preferably in an agency environment with specialization in paid social.
• Proven track record analyzing paid media campaign performance and developing optimization recommendations.
• Expertise with Meta Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ad Manager.
• Strong data analytics, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Working knowledge of web analytics platforms such as GA4.

Nice to have

• Experience in other Paid Media channels such as Programmatic and Paid Search.
