What you will do

• Create and drive the vision for the digital reporting center of excellence.
• Lead, develop, and grow the team by nurturing individual development and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee and enhance all post-sales reporting, including strategic and actionable digital insights and campaign reporting.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting process aligning with client goals and company objectives.
• Design and enhance client data visualizations to promote insightful reporting and engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for digital reporting inquiries, collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital analytics, reporting, or insights roles, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Extensive experience working directly with non-technical C-Suite stakeholders/clients.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
